Dr Aman Singh has practiced as an orthopaedic surgeon in the Midwest region of Western Australia since May, 2015. His surgical specialties include minimally invasive hip replacement surgery, patient specific total knee replacement surgery, shoulder surgery, foot and ankle surgery and surgical and non-surgical treatment for sporting injuries and trauma including motor vehicle accidents and workers compensation claims.

Dr Singh completed his undergraduate and orthopaedic surgical education at the University of New Zealand. His fellowship training was completed at the world-renowned Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Adelaide, South Australia where he further developed his specialists’ surgical expertise. He has published papers in peer review scientific journals and with a passion for teaching, Dr Singh has also presented numerous research papers at various medical forums both locally and overseas.

Dr Singh works closely with local physiotherapists, radiologists, and other allied health members to ensure that your condition is treated without surgery where appropriate, or that post-operative recovery is as comprehensive as possible.

He operates in both the private and public hospital sectors with operating appointments at St John of God Private Hospital, Geraldton, and at Geraldton Regional Hospital, Geraldton Western Australia.

MEMBERSHIPS & ASSOCIATIONS

Dr Singh is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and members of the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA), the New Zealand Orthopaedic Association (NZOA) and the Australian Medical Association (AMA). He is also chairman of the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) at St John of God Hospital, Geraldton, is on the Australian Orthopaedic Associations (AOA) cultural diversity committee and is a medical examiner at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) and at the WA Centre for Rural Health (WACRH).
