KNEES

While you may not really give your knees much thought, their strength and health are extremely important to your everyday life. In fact, your knee is the largest joint in your body, and we would all find it difficult to perform simple tasks like walking or sitting down if we didn’t have them.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury, such as a ruptured ligament or torn cartilage or it may be caused from a medical condition including arthritis, gout and infections which can also cause pain.
